DESCRIPTION / PART USED:    Hull of the fruiting body; leaves; bark.

PRECAUTIONS:

Black walnut hulls are safe for occasional use of up to 2 weeks at a time, but black walnut heartwood is not. Avoid herbal remedies which contain heartwood. Proceed with caution with any oral intake of black walnut tree bark as it has a measured toxicity.
